* tcl: tag boot-ad hosts with @ads ads-api-o.api.leiniao.com and ads-o.res.leiniao.com serve domestic boot-ad delivery and creatives. ads-api-t.my7v.com is the debug delivery host, and isms-o.api.my7v.com is the ad SDK key server. geosite:tcl@ads missed them. leiniao.com and my7v.com stay untagged. * tcl: tag BI and QMS hosts with @telemetry The TV BI stack reports to dc-*.api.leiniao.com, loads config from dc-conf-*.api.leiniao.com, and sends errors to qms-report-*.api.leiniao.com. base.api.my7v.com is only used to fetch the Bugly app id. Include tcl in category-telemetry so these are not limited to geosite:tcl@telemetry. * category-telemetry: sort include:tcl alphabetically
