* amd: remove outdated subdomain

www.amd.com does not resolve to IP in China now

* bing: remove outdated subdomain

emoi-cncdn.bing.com does not resolve to IP in China now

* dell: remove outdated subdomains

they do not resolve to IP in China now

* louisvuitton: remove outdated subdomain

tp.louisvuitton.com does not resolve to IP in China now

* ubisoft: remove outdated subdomain

uplaypc-s-ubisoft.cdn.ubi.com does not resolve to IP in China now
