It's create confusion and you can enable spice with the -spice
options.

Send command line used to start the VM to client 
Add a command_line attribute to the VM object with
the command line used to start the VM.

Now /start return the object in order to get
this new attribute. And the HTTP status code
is 200 instead of 204 because 204 disallow body.

Support:
* Qemu
* Dynamips
* IOU

2938b97bd4 Improve dynamips startup_config dump 
Two change:
1) Dump the config when you stop the node. This avoid scenar
2) Disallow empty startup config. If it's empty send ! it's
avoid dynamips crash
