- Update README with installation and uninstallation instructions
Installation:
- Basic: pip install gns3-server
- With AI: pip install gns3-server[ai-copilot]
- Development: pip install gns3-server[ai-copilot,dev]
Uninstallation:
- gns3server-uninstall-ai-copilot
- Upgrade langchain packages to latest versions (langchain 1.2.10, langgraph 1.0.9, etc.)
- Add langsmith SDK for enhanced observability and tracing
- Update Pillow to 12.1.1 for image processing improvements
- Maintain compatibility with existing AI and automation framework
- Add tiktoken as a required dependency for accurate token counting
- Update documentation with installation instructions and token counting strategy
- Improve logging to include tool definition token estimates
- Enhance error handling to fail fast when tiktoken is not available
- Update context manager to use tiktoken's cl100k_base encoding for GPT-4 compatibility
Add comprehensive dependencies for the new GNS3 Copilot AI agent feature. This includes:
- Core AI and automation frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Multiple model provider integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, Ollama, DeepSeek, xAI)
- Network automation tools (Netmiko, Nornir)
- Supporting libraries for telnet, HTTP requests, authentication, and image processing
The dependencies are organized into a dedicated section with clear comments for maintainability.
