docs(docker): record the in-repo e2e coverage
The feature doc's Verification section now points at tests/e2e/test_docker_kernel_datapath.py and what the suite pins down (anchors/bridges, the filter matrix through real traffic, suspend, capture, the stop/start and delete/re-create beats, the relay control and the relay->kernel reopen upgrade), including the digest-pinned image the scenarios share.
